2500 TL cleaning fee is requested for stays under 6 nights.
Damage deposit is 3000 TL.
Pool heating fee is 1000 TL per day. The pool temperature reaches 27-30 degrees. Our guests are required to inform that they want the pool heating 2 days before arrival.
Pets are not accepted.
Entrance time to the villa is between 16:00 - 22:00. An extra 50 Euro fee is charged for entries after 22:00.
The pool area of our facility is sheltered and not visible from the outside. The villa owner is not responsible for the pool area caused by third parties (climbing to the roof of the next building, flying a drone, flying a parachute, being seen from an aeroplane, etc.).
For the information of guests; Since this villa is located on the hill part of the island, the roads leading to the villa may be narrow and bumpy.
