Note: The outdoor pool heating fee is charged on a weekly basis even if the length of stay is less than 7 nights.
A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon check-in.
For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 8,000 TL is charged.
If requested, the outdoor pool heating is activated for a weekly fee of 14,000 TL. Guests must notify their heating request at least 7 days prior to arrival. The pool water temperature reaches 25–28°C.
Pool heating can only be used fully open or fully closed throughout the stay. Partial on/off usage during the stay is not available.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of the region, all villas in Kalkan and its surroundings are built on slopes. Therefore, access to the villas involves uphill roads.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. For arrivals after 22:00, an extra fee of €30 is charged.
