For stays of under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 6000 TL will be charged.
Damage deposit is 6000 TL and requested at check-in.
The heating system of the outdoor pool is available for an additional 10000 TL per week upon request. The pool temperature reaches 26-29 degrees. Guests are required to request pool heating 3 days in advance of their arrival.
All villas in and around Kalkan, which has a mountainous area in terms of its geographical structure, are built on a slope. For this reason, it is uphill on the way to the villas.
Check-in to the villa is between 16:00 and 22:00. For check-ins after 22:00, an extra 30 Euro will be charged.
Although there is a high degree of privacy from an outside eye, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy in situations where a third party is involved (drone flying, parachute and plane passing by, etc.). Also, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy in each area of this villa. We mainly guarantee seclusion for the pool and sunbathing area.
