As usual, the location was excellent. Room amenities and the well equipped kitchen is the main draw

Ms.Zura was efficient as always.
Location, budget, overall unit facilities and apartment cleanliness were all perfect. Bed & bathroom were superbly clean, smelling nice.
Menara KL view stunning. Lots of things to watch on TV. Washing machine was a real surprise.
The kitchen came equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coway water purifier, washing machine, dryer, pots, pans, and Ikea crockery.
Very pleasantly surprised at the extra room with the iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
Totally, unit had 2 rooms attached bathrooms & a half room, hall, dining table set for 4 & kitchen.
Table was set beautifully as well.
The most amazing thing was the live creeper vines around the TV. It was a unique, beautiful fresh addition to the space.
The Swisher spray at the door pumped fresh smells every few minutes.
Safety was premium. Cards required at the lift, a special number code for room.
Ms.Zura was extremely professional & polite. She spoke perfect English & handled our matters very efficienctly. She met & checked us in quickly, walking us through the unit explaining clearly. Most importantly, she & her colleagues were always reachable via WhatsApp.
