The hotel staff were VERY accommodating with room changes as we wanted a view of the Putra Mosque. House keeping were very friendly and would come regularly to ask what we would like or to be changed within the room. We had breakfast included and the food was so delicious with authentic Malaysian cuisine, and the fruits were so refreshing! We tried our first ever Teh Tarik Tea and I would recommend everyone to have it! The tea was something we’ve never had before and it was top notch! It was just myself and my sister who were travelling together and we asked the hotel receptionist for some recommendations of where to go and how to get around. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was absolutely amazing and ever so helpful, we even got her a little gift to thank her for her hospitality.
Overall, I would definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Malaysia to visit. The hotel is only 30-40 mins away from the airport which was such a smooth travel, especially after being in such a long flight (13hrs!)
