The hotel has six pools: two fully-secluded ladies-only indoor pools including one with thermal water and both heated in cold weather, a men-only indoor pool with thermal water that is heated in cold weather, two mixed-gender outdoor pools including one with thermal water and one heated in cold weather, and one mixed indoor-outdoor connected pool with adjacent kids’ pool and water slides. Modest swimwear is permitted in all pools. The hotel has two wellness & spa centres that are separated for men and women with each a spa centre, sauna, steam room, hammam, hot tub and massage parlour. The women-only wellness & spa centre is fully-secluded. There is also a wellness & spa centre with a spa centre, hot tub and hammam that is available for private hire. Finally, there is a mixed fitness room.

Ikbal Thermal Hotel & Spa has a kids' club, a playground, a games room and a kids' pool.
