The hotel was nice and quiet the staff were very friendly and helpful where possible language was a big barrier. But once they knew what we wanted they didn’t waste anytime to help.

What can I say, probably the best resort I have ever been to.
Room, immaculate.
Staff, amazing.
Food, unbelievable.Me and and my family couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
It is so family friendly, that my children and Mrs were comfortable moving throughout the resort with no concerns.
The water park is amazing and so large, it was really surprising.
The food, just wow, breakfast lunch and dinner was always top tier. So much variety and there was literally something for everyone.
Staff are so welcoming and supportive, they go the extra mile for no personal gain. Noor was especially brilliant, very kind and very helpful.
Events take place throughout the day to keep you and your family entertained.
The beach was just sublime, completely private, gated entrance. Only hotel residents can enter. Food available everywhere. Honestly the food situation was just mind blowing, every step you take there’s a food bar serving deserts, tea or hot food.
I’ve told all my friends with kids to come here. Definitely not one to be missed.
