The kids' pool was fantastic. It was perfect for our children, ages 1 and 6. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. The staff were equally wonderful. We received a truly warm welcome from everyone. After so many hotel stays, I can say that the staff are the backbone of the hotel! From room service to reception to the restaurant, it's incredibly important, and everything was simply outstanding.
The Italian restaurant deserves a 10/10. The breakfast buffet also deserves a 10/10.

The ferry transfer service operates from 1pm - 7pm (every 90 minutes) and is complimentary but allows a maximum of one piece of luggage with one hand carry on per person.
