IMPORTANT NOTES
The ferry transfer service operates from 1pm - 7pm (every 90 minutes) and is complimentary but allows a maximum of one piece of luggage with one hand carry on per person. A charge of QAR 50 will be applicable on any additional bags. The boat trip will take approximately 30 minutes. We advise you to be at the terminal reception 15 to 30 minutes prior to boat departure time as tickets are issued based on first come first serve basis.
Guests with flights arriving outside the regular ferry schedule (1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) are requested to email the hotel with their expected arrival time so that special arrangements can be made.
