The outdoor area and terrace are the highlight of the hotel. The staff are very nice and friendly.

What I appreciated most was the peaceful location, the halal-friendly service, and the friendly hotel staff. It was a very relaxing week. Grab was a convenient way to get around, and waiting for a driver was never more than five minutes. Cleanliness was excellent. The reception was available 24/7 and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was also very good, and the restaurant offered Western cuisine. It's worth noting that the accommodation is located in a natural setting, so insects may be present. It's a truly beautiful place to unwind and connect with nature. I would highly recommend this resort. The staff also deserve special mention. They were always attentive, readily available, and accommodating to every request!
Am meisten die ruhige Lage, die Halal-Freundlichkeit sowie das freundliche Hotelpersonal. Es war eine sehr erholsame Woche. Mit Grab konnte man überall hinfahren. Man hat nicht mehr als 5 min auf ein Fahrer gewartet. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Rezeption war 24/7 erreichbar und super freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, das Restaurant auch westlich. Man muss sich auch bewusst sein, das die Unterkunft in der Natur befindet und Insekten auch da sein können. Ein richtig schöner Ort um runterzukommen mit der Natur. Immer wieder würde ich diesen Resort empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch aufjedenfall erwähnenswert. Sie haben sich um alles immer gekümmert und waren immer für einen da und gehen auch auf jede Wünsche ein!
