Loved staying here from Saturday September 19th to Saturday 26th September 2026.

Amazing staff, so friendly and welcoming
And the hotel mascot Panço (pronounced Pancho, the female African Grey parrot commonly known as a Jako parrot in Turkish), just amazing.

The room are honestly the best I've stayed compared with the ones in the UK.

Everything that looks marble....is real marble included in the bathroom.

And the windows, considering the location of the hotel, are double glazed so sound insulation is incredible.

The breakfast which takes place from 7am to 10am, also amazing.

Highly recommend staying

When the hotel transfer service Travelium didn't pick up on time, the hotel staff offered to contact them and even offered to arrange a transfer with their own service.

The room was nice and clean and the staff were really friendly. Also we booked 2 rooms and were given a room that was connecting which was useful.

Clean room, friendly staff, good Wi-Fi in the room, rich breakfast, which was included in the price. SPA facilities and pool.
