UK resident: We booked this resort last minute as our air bnb property wasn’t suitable and couldn’t find anything accommodating in such short notice. It’s a beautiful hotel, great customer service, staff were always very helpful, go above and beyond, food was absolutely amazing- all halal, we had half board, breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was until 10am, so always ate later so didn’t need lunch! Room service is on point- food was great, although a little pricey. Paid for the spa pool when empty, so could use as a family as we did not want to swim in the public pool with men. They have all season indoor pool which is nice. The spa pool and jacuzzi was wonderful, used every day but not private, it’s open to all public but we were happy to pay as it was cheap and was aware if other people did want to use it as the spa pool door is always locked from the inside to whoever is using it. The cleaners were so kind and wonderful, hats off to them. All staff members were friendly and warming, and my husband made a few friends with staff which was wonderful. Shop, ATM, supermarkets, masjid, cafes all nearby, some walking distance, didn’t mind walking at times as weather was mild.
