This property provides 2 adult roundtrip speedboat tickets per reservation (valid on arrival day and departure day) from Phuket Chalong Pier to Racha Island (advance reservation required). If the number of passengers exceeds the limit (2 adults) or the dates are inconsistent, an additional fee of THB 800 per person, roundtrip, will be charged. The speedboat runs once a day and departs from Phuket Chalong Pier at 9:30 AM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 30 minutes before departure to check in. The return speedboat departs from Racha Island at 1:30 PM and arrives at Chalong Pier at approximately 2:30 PM. Arrival times may vary due to sea conditions around Phuket, so guests are strongly advised not to schedule flights, trains, buses, or other onward transportation on their check‑in or check‑out dates. Guests must contact the property directly by email at least 48 hours in advance to make a speedboat reservation. Transfers will not be arranged for guests who do not contact the hotel in advance. Guests must include their phone number and email address at time of booking (or call the property after booking to provide it) so that the staff can contact them to arrange transfers.
