1.DAMAGE DEPOSIT: All clients will be required to complete the check-in formalities in the presence of our concierge. This includes the payment of a security deposit of EUR 500 (MUR 15,000) which will be claimed, against any breakages, excessive damage, or loss to property. During the check-out formality, our concierge will inform the client of such occurrence and claim the amount due on the spot-on departure, but we reserve the right to claim the amount up to 48 hours after departure in case a damage was discovered after the check-out of the client.
2.Tourist tax is applicable for stays as from 01st October 2025. Amount: The fee is €3 per night per tourist (excluding VAT if applicable) Applicability: It applies to tourists staying in designated establishments. Tourists under the age of 12 years will be exempted from paying this fee. The booking amount does not include this tax which will be charged upon check out.
3.The comfort and well-being of our guests is our #1 priority. We have a no noise, no gathering, no party policy. There is also a Quiet Time from 10 PM to 8 AM.
