Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina

Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina has a regal feel, everything looks brand new and spotlessly clean. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room which was huge. I specifically chose this room because we needed twin beds and it was perfect.

The staff were superb across the board: at reception, in dining, and especially in the spa. My friend and I had a massage with therapist Jemalyn and she did a wonderful job.

A real highlight for us was having the pool and spa facilities to ourselves as female guests. As a hijabi, that privacy made the spa experience even better and was honestly the best part of the stay.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to family and friends for the excellent customer service, hospitality, and the spa — especially during the quieter seasons.

Everyone spoke English very well, which made everything easy.

One last thing I must mention: on my final day after check-out, I asked twice if I could pray before my airport transfer. Even though I had my own travel prayer mat, the staff kindly invited me into their private office, laid out a comfortable mat facing the qibla, and gave me a space to pray. That gesture really touched my heart.
