Iberostar Waves Club Palmeraie Marrakech -All Inclusive

From the day we arrived, check in was meant to be at 3pm but we arrived earlier, the reception took our passports to process our check-in and invited us to have lunch whilst doing it. Everything was great, from reception, animation, waiters, cleaners, bar staff, evening shows. The food was delicious and amazing 👏
My son had a bad diarrhea and also vomiting, the nurse came to our room to check on him and ordered the medication for us.

I love this hotel so much! WOW! Very amazing service! What a beautiful resort, so entertaining and always plenty of things to do, what more can you ask for? Service is 5 stars, the staff are so caring and attentive, always ready to help. If you get asked to join in an activity, definitely do it! Beautiful surroundings for dinner lunch and breakfast. Clean and lovely room! Food is top notch quality, fresh and delicious. I want to come back, this is definitely the best choice to stay in Marrakech. Free shuttle to and from the centre of town which is so easy and convenient for us! Amazing

A wonderful stay at this hotel!

The buffet is excellent and varied, and the restaurant staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive.

The rooms are well-maintained every day, and the housekeeping staff are very efficient and friendly.
And now for the best part: the exceptional entertainment, with a new theme every day. It's a place where children are pampered and never bored thanks to the many activities offered at the kids' club. I want to commend the entertainment team and their work, as it's largely thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time!

Thank you to: Abdel, Katy, Ismael, Ayoub, and the two kids' club leaders: Souka and Oumy, who are made to work with children. Thanks to you, we had a fantastic holiday.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel,
Le buffet est très qualitatif et varié, le personnel qui s’occupe du service restauration est super chaleureux au petit soin.
Les chambres sont bien entretenues chaque jour, les femmes de ménage sont très efficaces et souriantes.
Maintenant le meilleur pour la fin: l’animation exceptionnelle, chaque jour un nouveau thème, un endroit où les enfants sont choyés et ne s’ennuient jamais grâce aux nombreuses activités proposées au kids club. Je tiens à féliciter l’équipe d’animation et leur travail car c’est en grande partie grâce à eux que nous avons passé de magnifiques moments!

We arrived in the early morning because of a 4h flight delay, the receptionist who met us was nice and prompt with explaining everything and called for somebody to bring our luggage up asap. As soon as you enter, it's absolutely spotless with the scent of orange blossoms filling the lobby. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, we booked two (family of 3 adults and 2 toddlers). We all could have fit in one room but preferred the space. Rooms are spotless and there are distilled water machines in the corridor that you can fill up the glass bottle provided. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are all amazing and cannot be complained about. There is a different themed station every night for dinner as well as the usual buffer which has lots of choice inc fresh fruit. The staff were very courteous and helpful when it came to assisting with the children as we needed highchairs, extra tissues etc and they would bring them over without asking. Lots of activities for children. They really go out of their way to make an effort with you and are very knowledgeable about taxi prices, the shuttle bus and various activities inside/outside the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay :)
