  Close to the Haram but be careful there is a slope. For the elderly it is difficult or in a wheelchair it is very complicated. The comfort is present in the rooms.

  Proche du Haram mais attention il y a une pente. Pour les personnes âgées c est difficile ou en fauteuil roulant c est bien compliqué. Le confort est présent dans les chambres.

  Reasonablly priced hotel with good locatiion

  Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a double booking and the reservation staff helped to resolve things (thank you Sultan)

  Room was cleaned everyday. Water, tea bags, creamer etc. was provided daily on request

  They were kind enough to allow an hour late check out

  The haram is about 10-15 mins walk (probably less if you are a fast walker) using a short cut via Anjum hotel. Taxis take 5 mins to the haram. You can get Taxis from outside the hotel. On the way back as well it is also convenient to take taxis from the subway and they drop you right outside the hotel
