First of all, they are truly excellent at cleanliness. Both the common areas and the rooms were very clean and tidy.

All the staff were very friendly, smiling, and helpful. The buggy service was also really good. They met us at the airport, took us to the transfer area in a private bus, and treated us very well. Afterwards, we reached the hotel in about 40 minutes by seaplane. The seaplane experience was also quite enjoyable for us. Being greeted with music upon arrival at the hotel and seeing baby sharks by the ocean was also a very nice first impression.

The ocean is incredibly beautiful. The underwater life is truly amazing. You can easily swim in many parts of the island, except for the area where the plane landed. However, it should be noted that there is a strong current in the sea.

The Maldives night was very enjoyable for us. We really enjoyed getting to know a different culture and experiencing new things.

And finally, the special farewell table they prepared for us made us very happy. We would like to thank the entire team for their attention, care, and kind thoughts.

Öncelikle temizlik konusunda gerçekten çok başarılılar. Hem ortak alanlar hem de odalar oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi.

Görevlilerin tamamı çok sempatik, güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Buggy hizmeti de gerçekten çok iyiydi. Havaalanında bizi karşılayıp özel otobüsle transfer alanına götürdüler ve çok güzel ağırladılar. Sonrasında deniz uçağıyla yaklaşık 40 dakikada otele ulaştık. Deniz uçağı deneyimi de bizim için oldukça keyifliydi. Otele girişte müzik eşliğinde karşılanmak ve okyanusun kıyısında baby sharkları görmek de çok güzel bir ilk izlenim oldu.

Okyanus inanılmaz güzel. Deniz altındaki yaşam gerçekten harika. Uçağın iniş yaptığı taraf hariç, adanın birçok yerinde rahatlıkla yüzebilirsiniz. Ancak denizde ciddi bir akıntı olduğunu da belirtmek gerekir.
Maldivler gecesi ise bizim için çok keyifliydi. Farklı bir kültürü tanımak ve yeni şeyler deneyimlemek gerçekten çok hoşumuza gitti.
Ve son olarak, bizim için özel bir veda masası hazırlamaları bizi gerçekten çok mutlu etti. Gösterdikleri ilgi, alaka ve güzel düşünceleri için tüm ekibe çok teşekkür ederiz.

We loved everything from the villa to food and activities. Never seen such a flawless orchestration starting right at the airport. The level of privacy in the pool villa and immediate access to the beach really stood out for us. The restaurant offer a great variety and we did not feel the need to spend on anything beyond the all-inclusive package.

What a great trip and amazing views, Hanzy took care of us and made sure there is nothing we needed. Thank you so much for everything!

- Transportation to and from the airport is very well organized. Upon arrival, we were allowed to wait briefly in the hotel's own lounge at the airport.

- Essen ist stets frisch und uns ist grds. nix negatives aufgefallen bzgl. der Hygiene
- Abends gibt es auch täglich neue Shows (nur 7 Tage gesehen)

- Room Cleaning zwei mal täglich und auf Anfrage mehr
- Personal ist unfassbar Nett und zuvorkommend
- WLAN großteilig auf der Insel verfügbar
- Die von uns bewohnte Villa schien nicht Alt zu sein bzw. Renovierungsbedürftig - im gegenteil, sie war im guten Zustand
- Insel besprüht wohl zwei mal täglich die Insel gegen Insekten
- Transport vom und zum Flughafen sehr gut organisiert. Anreise durften wir eine kleine Wartezeit im eigenen Hotellounge am Flughafen verweilen
