Mustapha the guy we booked the massages with is a really nice, friendly guy. His English is also good. The massage was nice and pregnancy friendly. The spa was also good with jacuzzi, sauna,.. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good variety of food. We would come again

We had a truly lovely and unforgettable holiday at Bera Hotel. ❤️ Although it was our first time there, as soon as we arrived, we felt as if we were with a family who had known us for years. Everyone was so warm, attentive, and hospitable that we never felt anything was missing or that we were alone. The time I spent with my 2-year-old child in the outdoor family swimming pool was especially special to me. The staff members on duty at the pool never took their eyes off my child, not for a moment. They were constantly communicating with one another and keeping track of every move, which gave me an incredible sense of security. I can even say that sometimes they were more worried than I was. 😄❤️ Thanks to this, I was able to enjoy the pool with complete peace of mind, too. Their attentiveness and sensitivity were truly valuable to us. I must also mention Saadet’s attentiveness. Her skill at making gözleme was truly wonderful 😍 We met Tuğçe and Birgül when we arrived at the hotel. Both were very friendly, hospitable, helpful, and understanding. They helped us with everything and made us feel truly special. In short, we sincerely thank all the staff for giving us an unforgettable holiday.

Bera Otel’de gerçekten çok güzel ve unutulmaz bir tatil geçirdik. ❤️ İlk gelişimiz olmasına rağmen otele gelir gelmez kendimizi sanki yıllardır tanıdıkları bir ailenin yanında gibi hissettik. Herkes o kadar güler yüzlü, ilgili ve misafirperverdi ki hiçbir konuda kendimizi eksik veya yalnız hissetmedik.Özellikle 2 yaşındaki çocuğumla açık aile yüzme havuzunda geçirdiğimiz zaman benim için çok özeldi. Havuzdaki görevli arkadaşlar bir an olsun gözlerini çocuğumdan ayırmadılar. Birbirleriyle sürekli iletişim halinde olup her adımını takip etmeleri bana inanılmaz bir güven verdi. Hatta bazen benden daha çok endişelendiklerini söyleyebilirim. 😄❤️ Bu sayede ben de içim çok rahat bir şekilde havuzun keyfini çıkarabildim. Bu ilgileri ve hassasiyetleri bizim için gerçekten çok değerliydi. Saadet Hanım’ın ilgisini ayrıca belirtmeden geçemeyeceğim. Gözleme yeteneği gerçekten harikaydı😍Otele girişimizde Tuğçe Hanım ve Birgül Hanım ile tanıştık. Ikiside de çok güler yüzlü, misafirperver, yardımsever ve anlayışlı insanlardı. Bize her konuda yardımcı oldular ve kendimizi gerçekten çok özel hissettirdiler. Kısacası tüm çalışanlara gönülden teşekkür ederiz bize unutulmaz bir tatil yasattiginiz içi

Everything about the hotel was great. Every request is taken into consideration. The hotel staff are extremely nice, and the hotel manager is also extremely accommodating. I also had an extremely good experience with Aya, the lady who is next to reception, answers all questions in detail, and speaks Arabic and Turkish fluently. The food was great, and the hotel is extremely clean and well maintained.

An dem Hotel war alles super. Auf jeden Wunsch wird eingegangen. Extrem nettes Hotelpersonal und auch der Chef des Hotels ist extrem zuvorkommend. Auch extrem gute Erfahrung mit der der Dame Aya welche sich neben der Rezeption befindet und alle Fragen ausführlich beantwortet und fließen arabisch und türkisch spricht. Das Essen war super und das Hotel ist extrem sauber und gepflegt.
Immer wieder gerne.
