Due to damage to the main power cable supplying electricity from the mainland to Koh Samui, power shortages and fluctuations are common and often without prior notice. These are beyond the control of the hotel and the hotel accepts no responsibility for power shortages or fluctuations to your room supply. A backup generator services only the hotel common areas and restaurants (walkways, stairs, and reception). There is no backup power supply for air conditioners and water heaters. Water supply will not be affected. If you need to charge devices please inquire at reception or beachclub. There is no compensation for power shortages, and that the property cannot provide prior notice of when power may go out. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this situation.
