Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This is a designated quarantine hotel. The property can only accept bookings from travelers who are required to quarantine (i.e. international travelers). You may be asked to provide evidence of this on arrival. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.
