The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of JPY 2200 at check-out. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner. Guests booked in Half Board rates receive breakfast and dinner for children ages 3-12 included in the reservation.
