The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests are recommended to download the property's Kabin mobile app before check-in. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.
