It is the property’s policy that children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorization upon arrival. This property's fitness facilities (swimming pool, gym and sauna) are closed for maintenance on the fourth Monday of each month. This property’s Level 19 restaurant will be closed February 10-23, 2025. During this time, breakfast service will be available at 2nd floor. This property’s sauna, fitness facility, and swimming pool will not be available on January 20, February 17, March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 7, August 25, September 22, October 20, November 17, and December 22, 2025. Please note that toothbrushes, razors, and toothpaste are available for a surcharge. This property's pool will not be available from noon to 1 PM and from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

• Guests under 2 years old are not allowed in the pool. Guests under 8 years old are not allowed in the sauna. Guests under 14 years old are not allowed in the fitness. Underage guests must be accompanied by an adult required to sign the agreement for safety when using the facilities

• Rollaway bed fee: KRW 55000.0 per night
• Facilities fee: KRW 19000 per person, per day and includes use of: sauna
