The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

• Late check-in fee: RON 30 for check-in between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM
• Late check-out fee: RON 30 (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee
• Rollaway bed fee: RON 70.0 per day
