There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property for check-in instructions. Visitors who are not citizens of India must obtain an Inner Line Permit (ILP) to enter Sikkim. Each guest must have photocopies of their passport and Indian visa along with the original documents and 2 recent passport-sized photos to receive the permit. Guests can submit these documents at Melli and Rangpo entry checkpoints, Bagdogra Airport's Sikkim Tourism Booth, and Sikkim House in Kolkata or Delhi.
