A cleaning fee of 4000 TL is charged for stays of 7 nights or more.
The heating system in our villa's indoor pool is activated for a daily fee of 2000 TL. Guests must notify us of their heating requirements 3 days prior to arrival. The pool temperature reaches 26-29 degrees.
Pool heating can be used continuously throughout the stay, either fully on or fully off. It is not possible to turn the heating on and off for shorter periods than the duration of the stay.
A damage deposit of 7000 TL is required upon arrival at the villa.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. An additional €50 fee is charged for check-ins after 22:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Due to the geographical structure of the area, which is mountainous, all villas in Kalkan and the surrounding area are built on slopes. Therefore, you will have to walk uphill to reach the villas.
