For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is charged.
A damage deposit of 3,000 TL is required upon villa check-in.
The heating system of the indoor pool can be activated upon request for a daily fee of 1,000 TL. The pool temperature can reach between 27–30°C. Guests must inform their heating request at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Pool heating can only be used fully on or fully off throughout the stay; partial usage during the stay is not available.
Pets are not allowed.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of the region, all villas in Kalkan and its surroundings are built on slopes. Therefore, access to the villas involves uphill roads.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. For arrivals after 22:00, an additional fee of €50 is charged.
