A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for stays of 7 nights or more.
A damage deposit of 5000 TL is required upon arrival at the villa.
The heating system in our villa's outdoor pool is activated for a daily fee of 2500 TL. Guests must specify their heating requests 7 days prior to arrival. The pool temperature reaches 25-27 degrees.
Pool heating can be used continuously throughout the stay, either fully on or fully off. There is no option for partial on/off usage during the stay.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of our region, all our villas in Kalkan and the surrounding area are built on slopes. Therefore, you will be going uphill when travelling to our villas.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. An additional fee of 30 Euros will be charged for check-ins after 22:00.
