Note: Our villa is located right next to its twin villa, Villa Alaca. It is suitable for guests who wish to rent side by side.
For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 4000 TL is charged.
A damage deposit of 5000 TL is required upon check-in.
The heating system of the indoor pool in our villa is optional and can be activated for an additional fee of 1,700 TL per day. Guests must request this service at least 3 days before their arrival date. The pool temperature reaches between 27–30°C.
Pool heating can be used either fully on or fully off throughout the entire stay. Partial activation is not available.
Pets are not allowed.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of our region, all villas in and around Kalkan are built on slopes. Therefore, you will drive uphill when reaching the villas.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. For check-ins after 22:00, an additional €50 fee is charged.
