Guests must transfer to the property via boat and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after noon please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. This property is located on Koh Lon island and is accessible via 15-minute boat ride (surcharge) from Chalong Bay Pier in Phuket; the meeting point is Sala, next to Kan Eang Restaurant. Boat transfers to the property are available from 10:30-11 AM and 2-6 PM. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival to arrange transfers. The listed mandatory transfer fee covers boat transfers, payable to the property directly.
