The restaurant staff are very attentive to foreigners (Poles, Germans, etc.), offering to reserve tables… but if you wear a headscarf, regardless of your origin or appearance, don't expect the same treatment. In a week, I was never once offered a table, worse still! When I wanted to sit at a large table to eat with my friend and her children, I was asked to move to a small one because, while they were getting their plates, I was alone with my daughter! Several times, we had to eat separately or at a table for two when there were five of us! There was no lifeguard at the pool to supervise or ask older children to stop kicking a soccer ball in the water (paddling pool) when the pool was packed! Several people got hit in the face by the ball and were told off by their parents for daring to say something! The walls of the room were covered in squashed mosquito bites. The hotel photographer was very nice! The chambermaid was the same, and for the rest it depended on who you got, but overall that wasn't what impressed me the most!
Les serveurs du restaurant sont aux petits soins avec les étrangers (polonais, allemands etc…), ils proposent de réserver des tables… mais si vous êtes voilées peu importe votre origine ou typé arabe, ne comptez pas sur le même traitement. En 1 semaine on ne m’a jamais proposé de me réserver une table, pire!! Quand je voulais m’installer à une grande table pour manger avec mon amie et ses enfants, on me demandait d’aller sur une petite table car, en les attendant (ils étaient en train de prendre leurs assiettes), j’étais seule avec ma fille! Plusieurs fois, on a dû manger séparés ou sur une table de 2 alors qu’on était 5!!
Aucun maître nageur à la piscine pour surveiller ou demander à des grands enfants d’arrêter de shooter dans un ballon de foot dans l’eau (pataugeoire) alors que la piscine était bondée!! Plusieurs personnes se sont pris le ballon dans la figure et ce sont fait remballé par les parents car ils avaient osés faire une remarque!
