Golden Horn Bosphorus Hotel

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was beautifully and cleanly furnished, and the rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The staff was also consistently attentive and accommodating. We had bought roses downtown and placed them on the table in our room. The next day, when the housekeeping staff cleaned our room, they put the roses in a vase of water to keep them fresh. The reception staff was also very helpful, explaining the hotel's location, the best way to get to the sights, and suggesting places to eat. And the best part was, of course, that no alcohol or similar beverages were offered.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schöne und saubere Austattung, die Zimmer waren immer sauber und gepflegt, zudem war auch das Personal immer sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten Rosen in der Innenstadt gekauft und diese auf dem Tisch im Zimmer gelegt, das Zimmerpersonal hat am nächsten Tag, als sie unser Zimmer wieder sauber gemacht haben, die Rosen in einer Vase mit Wasser hineingetan, damit sie nicht kaputt gehen. Ausserdem war auch das Personal an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend und erklärten uns die Lage des Hotels, wie wir am besten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten kommen, gaben uns Vorschläge an, wo wir essen können etc. Und das beste war natürlich, dass kein Alkohol o.ä. angeboten wurde.

Everything was perfect: the view, the cleanliness, the service, the hospitality, and the location—close to everything you need. The view was beautiful. I want to thank Majid at reception; he was very helpful and assisted us with everything. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They have a free buffet in the lobby, available 24 hours a day. My sincere thanks and appreciation to them. Indeed, everything in the hotel was halal, and they were very attentive to this aspect. If God wills another visit to Istanbul, I will definitely stay there again.

كل شيء كان مثالي الاطلالة النظافة الخدمة الضيافة والموقع قريب من كل حاجة تحتاجها والإطلالة جميلة، واشكر الاخ ماجد في الاستقبال كان متعاون معانا وساعدنا في كل شي والجميع كان ودود ومُرحب، وعندهم بوفيه في اللوبي متاح ومجاني ٢٤س لهم خالص الشكر والتقدير
وفعلا كانت كل حاجة في الفندق حلال ومهتمين من هالناحية، واذا الله أراد زيارة اخرى لإسطنبول راح أكرر الإقامة عندهم
