Grand Harilton Hotel

The hotel staff, rooms, cleanliness, food and drinks, and location were all very good in every respect. When we first arrived at the hotel, a polite valet greeted us and helped us. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very varied and delicious. There is an indoor pool, a sauna, and a fitness room, but we did not use them. The location is very nice, in a quiet and peaceful place. There is parking, and it is quite spacious. Berat, the valet, bless him, brought the key right to us every morning. The staff were generally very helpful: the people in the restaurant, the cleaning ladies, and the colleagues at reception. We especially liked Mr. Melih’s polite manner. And finally, on the day we were leaving, food and drinks prepared for the journey had been placed in our car; honestly, I have stayed in so many hotels, but I had never encountered anything like this in any of them. This thoughtful gesture made my family and me very happy. It may be a small thing, but even thinking of it adds positivity to a person. The hotel literally exudes quality. Thank you for everything.

It was a nice stay in every way. I didn't experience anything negative. Thank you

From the moment we entered, we were kindly welcomed by the friendly staff and out of generosity they upgraded us to a suite and everything was so nice and so smooth and we really appreciated how thoughtful they were to us and always made sure we felt comfortable.
