Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property is accessible only by boat (surcharge) from Lomprayah Pier in Koh Samui to Mae Haad Pier in Koh Tao. The property provides shuttle service from the resort to Mae Haad Pier at 8:30 AM and 2 PM. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in. Travelers who are not citizens of Thailand are required to present a valid passport at check-in. The property provides scheduled shuttle transfers from Mae Haad Pier to the resort at 7:15 PM and 10 PM, and from the resort to Mae Haad Pier at 8:30 AM, 2 PM, and 6:30 PM. Guests must call the property 2 hours in advance to reserve transfer service.
