When searching for a family, include all guests into the same group. Our system will offer to book either 1 large room which is suitable or 2+ smaller rooms when needed with connection or adjacency where possible. Sometimes multiple smaller rooms are a better deal than 1 large room.

Only when searching for multiple families that must stay in separate rooms, enter each family as a separate group.
