The hotel's location is very convenient; you can reach the Tawaf area directly in seven or eight minutes without climbing any hills. The breakfast is quite adequate, the rooms are nice, and the staff are very attentive.

The breakfast and lunch options were quite varied. Although they might not perfectly suit Turkish tastes, you're unlikely to go hungry; you're sure to find something to your liking.
The only negative point was the parking fees. I had to pay $92 for approximately 11 hours of parking, which I found quite high. The hotel should reconsider its pricing policy in this regard, as this would significantly improve guest satisfaction.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Suites Jabal Omar Makkah. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
The location is absolutely perfect—just a short and convenient walk to the Haram, making it incredibly easy for prayers at any time of the day. It’s ideal for families and anyone wanting comfort and accessibility during their stay in Makkah.
One thing that really stood out was their flexibility with extending our check-out time. The staff were extremely understanding and accommodating, which made our departure stress-free and comfortable. That level of hospitality truly makes a difference.
Our suite was spotless—clean, neat, and very well-maintained. The space was comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after long hours at the Haram. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay.
The services provided were top-notch. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a five-star experience in every sense. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
