We spent one night there and it was very nice. The staff are friendly, the hotel is close to the Haram, and the breakfast is very good.

Thank you, it was a lovely stay. Apart from the cost of the meals, there was nothing we were dissatisfied with. The meals were a bit expensive for us. Otherwise, the hotel's location and staff were excellent; they even had staff who spoke Turkish.
