We had a villa with a sea view, and everything matched the pictures perfectly. The sea view was truly incredible. The service was also excellent, and room service was very easy to reach and quick. We were very satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation. Our villa (119) was completely private, and our privacy was very respected. The hotel team was generally very friendly and helpful, and I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this villa for a Muslim couple who value privacy.
Breakfast was also good and was always brought to our room upon request and then picked up again.
The resort itself has a lot to offer, and we had a peaceful location. I have rarely experienced such good and, above all, friendly service.
Wir hatten eine Villa mit Meeresblick und es hat alles den Bildern entsprochen und der Meeresblick war wirklich unglaublich. Auch der Service war hervorragend und der Zimmerservice war sehr gut erreichbar und war auch zügig und schnell. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. In Unsere Villa (119) konnte man nicht rein schauen und unsere Privatsphäre wurde sehr respektiert. Generell war das Hotel-Team sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann die Villa für ein muslimisches Paar, das großen Wert auf Privatsphäre legt sehr empfehlen.
Auch das Frühstück war gut und wurde uns auf Anfrage immer aufs Zimmer gebracht und dann wieder abgeholt.
Auch die Anlage selbe sehr viel zu bieten und wir hatten eine ruhige Lage. Selten habe ich so einen guten und vorallem freundlichen Service erlebt.
I loved the hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with everything; it's impossible to get tired at this hotel. There's a great variety for breakfast and dinner; you definitely won't go hungry. You can experience different flavors at afternoon tea.
They prepared a lovely surprise for us for our honeymoon. The hotel offers shuttle service to many places we'll be going to. I recommend visiting the nearby Safari Park. They clean up even if a leaf falls on the floor inside the hotel. We only noticed one lizard in our room, but they immediately sent a team and then cleaned the entire room. We were really very pleased. The room was very comfortable, secure, and privacy was respected.
