Terms & Conditions
1. Giveaway Entry & Eligibility
- The Giveaway is open to individuals who register a Halalbooking account or sign in to an existing Halalbooking account during the month of January.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Any entrant who submits more than one entry will be disqualified.
- Where a winner has already been selected and it is discovered or reasonably believed that the winner submitted more than one entry, Halalbooking reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Any attempt to enter using automated means (including but not limited to scripts, brute force methods or multiple accounts) will result in disqualification and any prize awarded will be void.
2. Giveaway Period
- Entries must be received by the stated closing date.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
- The Giveaway closes on 31 January 2026.
3. Prize Details
- One winner will receive $1,000 in Halalbooking Cash Points.
- Cash Points are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- The prize may only be used in accordance with applicable Halalbooking terms.
- All taxes, fees or additional costs associated with use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be selected by a random draw performed by a computer process within 14 days of the Giveaway closing date.
- In all matters relating to the Giveaway, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- The prize winner and any runners-up will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw, using the contact details provided at entry.
- If a winner is disqualified for any reason, Halalbooking reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select a replacement winner using the same criteria.
5. Disqualification & Improper Conduct
- Halalbooking reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Rules or acts improperly in connection with the Giveaway.
- No prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
6. Changes, Suspension & Termination
- Halalbooking reserves the right to vary, suspend, cancel or terminate the Giveaway or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Failure by Halalbooking to enforce any right or provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7. Applicable Terms
- The latest terms and conditions of the HB Loyalty Club apply.
- Halalbooking’s general Terms and Conditions apply to all accommodation bookings made using the prize.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
- Personal data provided by entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s consent.
- Entrant data will be retained for a reasonable period after the Giveaway closes in order to operate the Giveaway and address any related queries.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- The Giveaway and these Rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- Where the site and/or the Giveaway is accessed from Scotland or Northern Ireland, the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively shall apply.
