There is no front desk at this property. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Reception hours are 8 AM-10 PM during high season (June 1-September 11) and 9 AM-3 PM during low season (September 12-May 31). Guests checking in during low season (September 12-May 31) will receive an email from the property with self-check-in instructions prior to arrival. Staff will not be available for in-person check-in during this time. Guests booked in breakfast inclusive rate plans receive a bagged breakfast to-go. Reservations are required to participate in a beer tasting during low season, September 12-May 31. Reservations can be made by contacting the property via email in advance of arrival.
