Location Information:
It is 1.5 km from the main Marisstone Hotel complex.
The nearest supermarket is 100 metres away.
During the off-season period from 1 November 2025 to 1 May 2026, the nearest restaurant is 28 km away. (During the season when the Olive Tree Restaurant is open, the distance to the restaurant is reduced to 1.5 km.)
Use of Hotel Facilities: Guests can use the Marisstone Hotel's pier and pool areas free of charge. (This facility is closed from 1 October 2025 to 30 April 2026.)
Pool Information:
The pools in the villas are not heated. For guests who want a heated pool, the heated pool villa at the hotel can be upgraded for an additional daily fee of +3,000 TRY, subject to availability. Requests for pool heating must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning and Laundry Services:
Full cleaning: 4,000 TRY
Bathroom cleaning: 1,500 TRY
Dusting + mopping + floor cleaning: 1,500 TRY
Balcony cleaning: 1,500 TRY
Change of all bed linen: 1,500 TRY
Towel change: 300 TRY per towel
Free Package for Stays of 5 Nights or More: General cleaning, bed linen change, and towel change are provided free of charge once every 5 nights.
A damage deposit of 10,000 TRY is collected in cash or by bank transfer upon arrival at the villa.
