The deposit for "Suite, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony" room is AUD 200, and the deposit for the "Suite, 1 Bedroom, Balcony (Sky)", "Suite, 1 Bedroom, Balcony" and "Studio Suite" rooms is AUD 100. Bookings for individuals or groups for the purpose of attending parties during Schoolies weeks (mid-November through mid-December annually) are prohibited and will be rejected. The minimum check-in age is 21 during Schoolies Festival (mid-November through mid-December annually).
