Alya Kartepe Villa Hotel

Staff were great. Very nice clean environment. Heated pool was warm enough to enjoy at 10-15 degrees temperature. Food was nice and I loved the fact that it wasn't open buffet, I hate seeing food go to waste.

We stayed in a bungalow with a heated pool. The pool takes a little while to heat up. But once it had warmed up, the wind was blowing; we went in when it was cold, and it felt really nice. We swam a lot, and the pool was genuinely clean. The bungalow amenities are very nice. Inside, there is both heating and 3 air conditioners. It heats up very well. The kitchen, bathroom, etc. are adequate and clean. We asked to have breakfast in our room. The staff enter through the garden gate after ringing the bell and asking permission. They only come when you want them to; otherwise, you are never disturbed. We were pleased with the staff, the amenities, and most importantly, the pool. If I happen to be in the area again, this will definitely be a place I come back to. Thank you to everyone who put in the work.

We went in October. Our pool was lovely and warm, and the children had a lot of fun.
The villa's cleanliness was good.
We were very pleased with the food and breakfast. The half-board dinner and breakfast were very nice.

It's a particularly suitable place for conservative people to enjoy a peaceful family vacation in privacy. The view and architecture are spacious. The fact that the pool is secluded and not visible from the outside is a nice touch. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is stylish and the food is delicious.

Özellikle muhafazakar insanların mahremiyet içerisinde ailecek huzurlu bir tatil geçirebileceği bir yer. Manzarası ve mimari yapısı ferah. Havuzun dışarıdan görünmeyecek şekilde korunaklı olması güzel. Personeller güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Restorant şık ve yemekler güzel.

We chose this place for our 4-day villa holiday and were very pleased overall. The staff were really attentive and friendly, I would especially like to mention the attentiveness of the staff in the restaurant. The breakfast was very good. Since we didn't choose a package that included dinner, we ate out in the evenings.

The location is also very good, with easy access to many places in Kartepe. One of the best features for us was that it is a conservative resort. The fact that boycotted products were not available was also an important and nice detail for us.

The pool was very nice, the rooms were clean and tidy. We also received very quick responses to our questions via WhatsApp, we really appreciated this attention and communication.

Overall, with its cleanliness, attentive staff, location and family atmosphere, it is a place we can wholeheartedly recommend.
