PAMUKKALE KAYA THERMAL SPA HOTEL

We were completely satisfied with our stay! 😊

The hotel is in a really great location—the sights of Pamukkale are about a 10-minute drive away. We would especially like to highlight the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful, and we felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The cleanliness was excellent too. Everything was always very neat and well maintained, and the whole hotel smelled wonderful and pleasant—a small detail that particularly stood out to us in a positive way.

We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again anytime. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pamukkale! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Das Hotel hat eine wirklich tolle Lage – die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Pamukkale sind mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiter: Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt haben.

Auch die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Alles war immer sehr ordentlich und gepflegt, und im gesamten Hotel hat es wunderschön und angenehm gerochen – ein kleines Detail, das uns besonders positiv aufgefallen ist.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Pamukkale besuchen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Modern hotel with thermal water.

The rooms were large and very comfortable; we even had a whirlpool on the balcony filled with thermal water.

The half-board option was quite basic and geared towards European guests.

Unfortunately, there were no play areas for children, as the hotel is primarily for adults.

All in all, a modern, clean hotel with very attentive staff.

We would gladly book it again.

Modernes Hotel mit Thermal Wasser.
Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr gemütlich, wir hatten sogar ein Whirlpool am Balkon mit Thermal Wasser Füllung.
Die Halbpension war recht überschaubar und auf Europäische Gäste eingestellt.
Für Kinder gab es leider keine Spiel Möglichkeiten weil das Hotel eher für Erwachsene ist.
Alles in allem ein Modernes sauberes Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal.
Wir würden es immer wieder gerne Buchen.

The location is good, the cleanliness is nice, the comfort is good, I didn't eat any food. I stayed for two nights and didn't have much interaction with the staff, I guess they are good people :)

We stayed at this hotel for one day as a couple; we chose it because it had a Jacuzzi on the terrace, and we had the opportunity to use it at night. Being in the Jacuzzi and under the stars was lovely, but the water filled up in two hours and naturally got cold. It's a quiet place, the outdoor thermal pool is nice, and the staff were polite. The room was large, modern, and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary fruit plate was a nice touch.

Overall, everything was very clean.

1 gün çift olarak bu otelde kaldık, terasında Jakuzi küveti olduğu için tercih etmiştik, gece kullanma fırsatımız oldu, yıldızlar ve jakuzide olmak gayet güzeldi fakat su 2 saatte doldu haliyle soğudu, sakin bir yer, açık termal havuzu güze, personel kibardı. Oda büyük modern ve yataklar rahattı, meyve tabağı ikramı güzeldi.
Genel olarak her yer gayet temizdi.
