  One of the best and most fun hotels we stayed at.

  The staff were freindly and respectful. There are so many pools and slides both for kids and adults so you never run out of fun things to do. Loads of facilities around the hotel to use, like the VR room, gym, outdoor park, play areas and more. The hotel is quite big so night time walks were really nice. Reception staff are great and really helpful. Mustapha Ahmed (manager) and Ahmed Zaydi were helpful and quick at dealing with any issues we had. The lifeguards who work on the slides are very cool too, they were helpful and good at their jobs unlike other hotels we went to where they were just on a power trip with their whistles. Tanya who works at kids club was amazing. We had a double room it was spacious and comfortable. We had a kettle, hair drier, three hole style plugs and a powerful air conditioner in it. Cleaners were also good and cleaned the rooms really well, my main cleaner was Ahmed who always did a good job and also sometimes Ibrahim who was good too. The cleaner manager Awaarif was very helpful and polite. The hotel overall was nice and clean. Any issues we had were responded to very quickly by simply calling up reception. I think we will definitely be back.
