I've stayed at many Radisson Blu hotels in different countries around the world, but this one in Cairo was a complete disappointment.
Although we booked a room for three, they put in a double bed. They later arranged an extra bed, but that wasn't the main problem.
We were shocked when we saw the bedsheets. They were covered in hair. Not just a little, but literally covered in hair.
We immediately called reception, they came and saw the situation themselves and took photos. They changed the sheets, etc., but this incident left a very bad impression on us. It's completely unworthy of the Radisson Blu name.
Dünyanın değişik ülkelerinde Radison Blu otellerinde çok kaldım ama Kahire’deki bu otel tam bir hayal kırıklığı yarattı.
Odamızı 3 kişilik ayırmış olmamıza rağmen 2 kişilik yatak konmuştu. Sonradan ekstra yatak ayarladılar ama asıl sorun bu değil.
Yatak çarşafını gördüğümüzde tam bir şok yaşadık. Çarşafın her yerinde kıl vardı. Öyle böyle değil, bildiğiniz çarşaf kıl ile kaplanmıştı.
Hemen resepsiyonu aradık, geldiler kendileri de durumu gördü ve fotoğraf çektiler. Çarşafları vs değiştirdiler ama bu olay bizde çok kötü bir imaj bıraktı. Radison Blu ismine hiç yakışmadı.
