At a price of over €400 for one night, I expect absolute reliability and cleanliness.
We were initially given a smaller room than the one we booked and paid for. At first, they said all the rooms were like that. After I showed them the photos, they admitted the smaller rooms did exist. They were clearly trying to persuade us to accept the smaller room. In the end, they blamed the "new" receptionist. He was new and supposedly didn't know the rooms.
We paid extra for a restful night before continuing our journey. However, the cleanliness was comparable to a €50 room. Not recommended!
Bei einem Preis von über 400 EUR für eine Nacht erwarte ich absolute Verlässlichkeit und Sauberkeit.
Man hat uns zunächst ein kleineres Zimmer gegeben, als das was wir gebucht und bezahlt haben. Erst hieß es alle Zimmer seien so. Nachdem ich die Fotos vorgelegt habe, existierten die Zimmer doch. Man wollte uns offensichtlich irgendwie überreden, uns damit zufrieden zu geben. Am Ende wurde die Schuld dem „neuen“ an der Rezeption gegeben. Er wäre neu und kannte angeblich die Zimmer nicht.
Wir haben extra mehr bezahlt, um eine erholsame Nacht vor der Weiterreise zu haben. Sauberkeit war jedoch mit einem 50€ Zimmer vergleichbar. Nicht empfehlenswert!
