  We were a family for 6 days in this hotel. Upon entering the hotel it seemed small, but over time we realized that this was even a plus, it was not so crowded. The main advantage of the hotel is the kitchen/food. The most delicious pide of my life was prepared here. Breakfast/lunch/dinner was simply amazing. Thermal water is also great, there is indoor/outdoor. The children's room was open from 10.00 until night. Employee Azra was playing with the children in the children's room. My children loved her very much, cried, did not want to leave. Very kind employees, during the entire stay not a single employee was rude. Security also makes sure that children do not leave the hotel. Somehow they sent their son to fetch something from the car, but it turns out security escorted him to the car and back so he wouldn’t get lost, etc.? We were very surprised. Such good guys. All the staff were extremely polite. The rooms were clean, everything was changed constantly. We were very pleased. We will be glad to return again.

  Мы были семьей 6 дней в этом отеле. При входе в отель Казалось маленьким, но со временем поняли, что в этом даже плюс, не так многолюдно. Самый главный плюс отеля это кухня/еда. Здесь готовили самые вкусные пиде в моей жизни. Завтраки/обеды/ужины были просто восхитительны. Термальная вода тоже супер, есть крытый/открытый. Детская комната работала с 10.00 до ночи. В детской комнате играла с детьми сотрудница Азра. Мои дети очень ее полюбили, плакали, не хотели уезжать. Очень добрые сотрудники, за все время пребывания ни один сотрудник не нагрубил. Охрана тоже следят чтобы дети не выходили за пределы отеля. Как то отправили сына чтобы что-то принес из машины, а охрана оказывается проводила его до машины и обратно, чтобы не потерялся итп? Мы были очень удивлены. Такие молодцы. Все сотрудники были максимально вежливы. Номера были чистые, постоянно все меняли. Мы остались очень довольны. Будем рады еще раз вернуться.
