Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests are recommended to download the property's KoHost mobile app before check-in.
